RECISION AUTOMATIC MITER CUTTINGOur Cosen C-650MNC Band Saw enhances our production capabilities by allowing us to cut medium- and large-sized metal stock with accuracy, consistency, and efficiency. This fully automatic horizontal band saw is designed for both straight and miter cutting, making it ideal for processing structural components, tubing, bars, beams, and other production materials. Its rigid construction and programmable controls help us maintain repeatable cut lengths and angles across both small batches and high-volume production runs.
In our operation, the C-650MNC is used to perform straight and miter cuts from 0 to 60 degrees. Its automated material feeding, hydraulic clamping, adjustable blade speed, and programmable job settings reduce manual handling and improve production efficiency. The control system can store up to 100 cutting jobs, including required lengths and quantities, while automatically compensating for blade kerf. For our customers, this means accurate cuts, reduced material waste, dependable turnaround times, and consistent results from one component to the next
