His approach helps you visualize the design, explore options, and refine key details before fabrication begins. Led by Omar, our team of skilled welders brings over 50 years of combined welding experience to every project. Every TRIOFAB welder is certified, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship, precision, and a commitment to the highest standards of quality.

Operations Manager

​Since joining TRIOFAB in 2022, Jose Barragan has demonstrated exceptional dedication, reliability, and leadership. Beginning his career with the company as a welder, Jose quickly earned the respect of his colleagues through his strong work ethic, technical expertise, and commitment to excellence. His impressive growth and ability to take on new challenges led him to his current position as Operations Manager.
Today, Jose plays a vital role in keeping TRIOFAB running efficiently. He oversees daily operations, coordinates material and supply orders, and ensures projects move smoothly through production. From managing purchasing requirements to coordinating shipments and deliveries, Jose works diligently to keep every project on schedule. With firsthand experience on the shop floor and a thorough understanding of our fabrication processes, Jose bridges the gap between production, logistics, and customer expectations. His proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail help ensure that our team has the resources needed to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
